The stand-alone office flex building at 6165 Lookout Road in Boulder has sold! WW Reynolds sales and leasing brokers Chad Henry and Drew Weiman closed on the building last month.

The building was purchased by Meddux, a medical engineering design and development firm based in Boulder. The buyers, represented by Hunter Barto of Dean Callan & Co, will move from its current location at 4826 Sterling Drive in Boulder to the new Gunbarrel location. 

This sale represents the latest in a series of recent transactions for  a rapidly growing Life Sciences sector in the Boulder market.
