The W.W. Reynolds Companies opened its doors in 1966 as a real estate brokerage company exclusively focused on developing, leasing and managing its own portfolio of properties. Today, W.W. Reynolds owns, manages and / or leases more than 3 million square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial property in Boulder, northern Colorado, and along the Colorado Front Range.

A signature W.W. Reynolds property is the recently completed Wencel Building, a highly energy efficient Class “A”, 4 story, 60,000 SF office / retail development in the heart of Downtown Boulder. W.W. Reynolds also developed Table Mesa Shopping Center, Sunrise Shopping Center and Pearl East Business Park, to name a few.
