Brian Cole
Property Management
Brian was born in Georgia and later moved with his family to Colorado in 1982 where he has called Denver his home ever since. He started his commercial real estate career as a broker after college where he was first introduced to the local CCIM chapter. Brian then worked with local developers through the CCIM contacts which lead to the start of his career in commercial property management. Recently Brian worked as a Regional Supervisor for a National real estate firm overseeing the Colorado, Arizona, and California portfolios. Brian started working with the WW Reynolds organization in 2017 helping with management of their downtown Boulder properties.
Brian has greatly enjoyed getting to know the downtown Boulder community and working with it’s great buildings and tenants. Brian is an active member in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM Denver) and always enjoys learning new and more efficient methods of commercial building management. Brian lives in Westminster with his wife of 12 years and their 3 wonderful dogs, Chico, Miles, and Poncho.
