The W.W. Reynolds Companies opened its doors in 1966 as a real estate brokerage company exclusively focused on developing, leasing and managing its own portfolio of properties. Today, W.W. Reynolds owns, manages and / or leases more than 3 million square feet of commercial office, retail and industrial property in Boulder, northern Colorado, and along the Colorado Front Range.

Founded by Bill Reynolds in 1966, W.W. Reynolds has since become a respected name in the Colorado real estate industry. During the last 40 years, W.W. Reynolds has developed more than 2 million square feet of office, commercial and residential buildings in Boulder and Fort Collins. Today, W. W. Reynolds services over 500 tenants and currently owns and / or manages more than 3 million square feet of commercial property along the Front Range.
Bill Reynolds and the W.W. Reynolds team have more than 50 years of development experience, including more than 30 years of navigating Boulder’s complex civic process. Our experience includes the creation of One Boulder Plaza — a LEED Silver-certified complex housing more than 300,000 square feet of office space and 200,000 square feet of residential space.
