The W.W. Reynolds Team

Rick has been with The W.W. Reynolds Companies for over 25 years and is currently managing special projects for Reynolds and continues as the CFO for Rincon Development. Prior to joining the Reynolds Companies Rick was the Director of Real Estate for King Soopers. Along with his duties at W. W. Reynolds, Rick taught for over 23 years at the CU Leeds School of Business in both the graduate and undergraduate programs. Rick's other outside involvement is with NAIOP at both the local and national level. He is currently the co-chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee locally and is the Chairman of the Finance and Tax subcommittee at the national level. He is also a National Research Governor for NAIOP at the national level.

Rick has an undergraduate degree in accounting from CU Boulder and an MBA from CU Denver. He is married to his wife of 35 years Sharon and has two grown sons. Rick's two loves outside of work are hockey and traveling to out of the way places in search of new birds for his life list.
